For those who choose air transportation to go to Jakarta, choose Soekarno – Hatta International Airport or Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. Another important thing to know before you travel to Indonesia is the different types of visas that have specific requirements. VISA ON ARRIVAL

Visa On Arrival (VOA) is granted to foreigners who intend to visit Indonesia for tourism, social and culture, business or government duties. Visa On Arrival is granted to foreign nationals who fulfill the requirements and conditions upon arrival in Indonesia. It can be purchased already online BEFORE your arrival (advisable). The term was used, before online purchased was available. To get the visa upon arrival is also still possible if you missed getting it online before you arrive. The Visa On Arrival is issued by the Immigration Officials at the Immigration checkpoints in  Airport. We provide 20 counters at arrival terminal.

The official entry requirements for the issuance of a 30 or 7 day Visa On Arrival:

  1. Passport must be from one of the countries listed below.
  2. Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
  3. Payment of US$ 10 or US$ 25 must be paid at the gateway, depending on the length of the required visa.
  4. Onward or return tickets are compulsory.
  5. Visitors must enter and exit through one of the 15 airports or 21 seaports Officially approved as an “international gateway” by the Indonesian Immigration department.
  6. The department of Justice and Human Rights has officially determined that as of August 2005

The Indonesian Government had granted Visa On Arrival favor to 52 countries enabling them to purchase the visa upon their arrival into Indonesia’s designed ” International Gateway ” at 15 airports and 21 seaports.

11 countries and territories are eligible for a “Visa Free” facility. Those holding valid passports from the following countries will be granted a non-extendable 30-day Visa-Free Short Visit Permit upon arrival at an Indonesian international gateway without charge:

Others nationals that are not granted with either Visa On Arrival favor nor Visa Free favor from the Indonesia government may apply for a tourist visa at an Indonesia embassy abroad

BUSINESS VISA

Applying for a business visa, requires a sponsor to submit the visa application through https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/. A sponsor is an individual Indonesian citizen or corporation operating in Indonesia responsible for the presence and activities of foreigners in Indonesia.

VISIT VISA

You only need a 60 day 211A Visa if :

  1. your country is NOT listed for the Visa on Arrival / VoA
  2. you want to stay LONGER than 60days (180 days max).
  3. you don’t have a passportbut a Titre de Voyage (TDV), Refugee Travel Document, Laissez-passer. 

If you are eligible for a Visit Visa (Visa on Arrival) AND you want to stay less than 60 days, then you DON’T need to apply for a 211A Visa.

 

INDONESIA TOURIST VISA

Tourist Visa 90 Days | Single Entry

Indonesia offers single entry tourist visa valid for 90 days and allows maximum stay upt 60 days. Travelers can obtain approved 2-5 working days. Please ensure to provide correct details while applying Indonesia evisa online. It is important that details on the visa should match excatly with details on your passport.

The official entry requirements for Indonesia Visa :

1.        Passport with minimum validity of 6 months

2.        Image of the passport information page

3.        invitation-letter letter & Busienss Card is required in case of business visa.

4.        Although prior booking of hotel is not mandatory however in some case hotel booking information is rquired.

5.        It is mandatory have take negative PCR test 72 hours before arrival or Double Vaccination Certificate.

Important Information :

  • Once eVisa is approved, remember to verify all information. Information on the visa letter should match excatly as on the passport.
  • Carry a printed copy of the eVisa letter while travelling along with passport.
  • Passport should have 6 months validity form the date of arrival.
  • Entry before arrival date is not permitted however travelers can enter Indonesia on date during 180 Days Visa validity.
